Yes, any time — the link in your confirmation email lets you move the date, change the number of people, or cancel. Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour and you're refunded in full automatically; inside 48 hours your spot is still released but the payment isn't refunded.

You pay securely online with Stripe when you book — iDEAL or card both work. It's a fixed price per person. Cancel more than 48 hours before the tour and you're refunded automatically.

We go out in light rain — Rotterdam is best explored as locals do. Heavy, unsafe conditions are the exception: if we need to cancel, you'll hear from us by email as soon as possible, and you're refunded in full. A waterproof layer and comfortable shoes are all you need.

If Tamara has to cancel — illness, unsafe weather, or another emergency — any payment already made is refunded in full within 14 days, no matter how close to the date. We'll also help you find another date if you'd like to rebook.
